Cancelation Policy
It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s; the following policies are adhered to:
Failure to reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the service amount or a 100% charge on national holidays and weekends. The rescheduling/ cancelation fee must be paid before your next service. If you have a gift certificate, the 50% rescheduling /cancelation fee still applies. Without the courtesy of communicating your need to change your appointment within the requested time frame, any last minute cancelations and no-shows will be automatically charged due to the time slot being reserved just for you. Donated gift certificates will be considered as redeemed.
Please note that e-mails are not an accepted form of communication for canceling/rescheduling. Please text or call your massage therapist directly.
New client last minute cancelation or repeat last minute cancelation:
New clients (or established clients who have one or more late cancel/reschedule) who do not abide by the 24 hour cancelation/reschedule policy may not be offered a future appointment with our practice; at the LMTs discretion, they may choose to work with you at a future time and ask that you both satisfy the last minute cancelation fee and pre-pay 50% of the new appointment fee.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 50% for their “missed” appointment. Gift certificate will be reduced for the corresponding amount (50% or 100% of the scheduled service amount). Donated Gift Certificates will be considered as redeemed.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session time will for the amount of time remaining in your scheduled appointment as not to impact the appointments that follow yours. (example- appointment 7:00 to 8:00. Late arrival at 7:20. Your session will be from 7:20-8:00.) Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a the particular treatment requested or may offer a substitute. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session price as that time was set aside for you. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Upon Scheduling
A confirmation email will be sent to you. A reminder email will be sent the day prior to your appointment. A courtesy reminder text message will be sent to your phone 2 hours before your appointment.
Upon Arrival
Please remain in your vehicle and text your massage therapist; you will receive a text back when it's clear for you enter.
First time to our practice?
Please arrive 3-5 minutes early to complete a brief intake form.
